The B2 Travel Group is a boutique travel company providing ground services to tour operators, travel agencies, corporate clients and small group private travel organizers. We are a customized group specialist, based in New York, and Jerusalem with over 20 years of hotel, travel and tour operating experience in the USA, Europe and Israel.

Terms and Conditions:
Rates: Rates are based on group size, and may increase if the number of passengers traveling is reduced. Most of our programs are custom designed and can be changed based on the group’s request.
Payment: We accept payment by check or wire transfer.

Deposit: Tour deposit varies based on number of people, number of nights, season and services. A deposit of 25% of the total estimated cost is due at time of booking. Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure. If payment is received less than 30 days before departure a $100.00 late fee will be assessed and payment must be sent by certified check or wire transfer.
Cancellations and Refunds: All cancellations must be received in writing. Verbal cancelations are not valid. Space can be cancelled (in writing) or reduced (in writing) without penalty 90 days before each departure date. Within 90 days of departure all deposits are non-refundable. Certain hotel/venues/programs may have different terms. Once your group is confirmed, if necessary, we will send you the terms and conditions for your specific itinerary.
Documents: All documents will be mailed 2-3 weeks before departure provided that all payments and names of travelers have been received on time.
Not Included (unless otherwise indicated in itinerary): Passport, visas, items not listed on each program, tips, meals unless specified, beverages.
RESPONSIBILITY CLAUSE:
Land Operator: The B2 Group, LLC. acts only as an agent for various transportation, hotel, service and ground companies. All responsibility for service, safety and operations while on the ground in each individual destination are undertaken by local ground operators. Changes in the itinerary, guides and hotels may occur occasionally while the group is en-route, and are not in the control of, or the responsibility of, The B2 Group, LLC.
Operator of the tour(s), its subsidiaries and/or its associated agents, are responsible only for service and disclaim any and all liability for property loss or damage, and any and all damages resulting from personal injury or death, including loss of service in route, which may be sustained on account of, arising out of, or by reason of, ownership, maintenance, or operation of, any aircraft, automobile, motor coach, boat, vehicle, common carrier or otherwise. The B2 Group, LLC is not responsible for failure or delay caused by any transportation company, due to any causes whatsoever, occurring during a tour by which the means of transportation or other service provided are offered or supplied by owner, operator or public carriers for whom The B2 Group, LLC. acts solely as agent. The B2 Group, LLC. reserves the right to alter or omit any part of the itinerary or change any space reservation, feature and/or means of conveyance without notice and for any reason whatsoever and without allowance of refunds. The B2 Group, LLC. shall not be responsible for any injury to person (whether or not resulting in death) or damage to property arising out of any act of war, terrorism or insurrection, revolt or other civil uprising, or other military action occurring in either the country of origin, destination, or through passage.
DISPUTES OR ARBITRATION: All complaints must be submitted in writing to The B2 Group, LLC. within 5 days of trip return. Passengers on any B2 Group, LLC. tours agree that all disputes will be settled and resolved through binding arbitration according to the rules of the American Arbitration Association in New York .
